Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ottawa Precision Chimney Sweep (“we”, “us”) uses the personal details you give us through this website. Last updated November 1, 2026.

What We Collect

When you send the contact form we receive your name, phone number, email address and anything you write in the message box. We also keep basic, anonymous statistics about visits to the site, such as which pages are read. We do not use advertising cookies.

How We Use It

Only to answer your request: to call you back, arrange a visit to look at the chimney, send a written price and, if you ask us to, share job records and photos with your insurer or a WETT inspector. We never sell your details.

How Long We Keep It

Requests that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Job records are kept for seven years for tax and insurance purposes.

Your Choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email support@ottawachimney.com and we will reply within 30 days.
