Estimates and Prices

Prices on this website are typical 2026 ranges in Canadian dollars before HST, not quotes. Every job gets a written price before work starts, and we agree any change with you before we do the extra work.

Insurance and WETT Reports

We provide photos and an itemized invoice for insurance purposes. WETT reports are arranged through a partner inspector and priced separately. You remain responsible for paying for the work; whether your insurer reimburses you depends on your policy, and we cannot promise a claim will be approved.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Weather and Scheduling

Roof and masonry work depends on the weather. We may reschedule for ice, wind or temperatures too low for mortar to cure. Questions? Email support@ottawachimney.com.
